Latham Plastics is a customer focused organization dedicated to delivering excellence, through quality products and superior service, to our customers throughout the world. We strive to provide value for our customers, opportunity for our employees, and to build equity for our shareholders. Originally founded as Pacific Industries in 1956, the company was a family owned manufacturer and installer of in-ground swimming pools. As an industry leader and innovator, Pacific produced the first structural foam pool panel in 1973. The Loudon Plastics division was formed in 1981 to focus on the needs of our custom molding and material handling customers. In 1989 Cookson acquired Pacific and Loudon, establishing the Cookson Plastic Molding Group. The founding family purchased the company back from Cookson in 2001, renaming the custom division as Latham Plastics.
