Since its inception over 30 years ago, multi-nozzle structural foam technology has been the dominant method of molding large structural foam parts in North America. Over 80% of all structural foam parts are molded by the multi-nozzle process. The process represents the optimum method for molding large structural plastic parts and offers the capability of high volume production.

- Part weight reduction of 10% to 25% versus solid part
- Capable of molding very large and complex parts
- Thick wall parts are easily molded (.188" to .500")
- Multiple parts can be molded in a single cycle
- Multiple molds can run simultaneously
- Low cavity pressure permits use of lower cost aluminum molds
- Capable of molding parts without sink marks
- Large shot size: up to 150 bs.
- Replaces wood, concrete, and metal applications
- Excellent for recycling
