Since its inception over 30 years ago, multi-nozzle structural foam technology has been the dominant method of molding large structural foam parts in North America. Over 80% of all structural foam parts are molded by the multi-nozzle process. The process represents the optimum method for molding large structural plastic parts and offers the capability of high volume production.

  • Part weight reduction of 10% to 25% versus solid part
  • Capable of molding very large and complex parts
  • Thick wall parts are easily molded (.188" to .500")
  • Multiple parts can be molded in a single cycle
  • Multiple molds can run simultaneously
  • Low cavity pressure permits use of lower cost aluminum molds
  • Capable of molding parts without sink marks
  • Large shot size: up to 150 bs.
  • Replaces wood, concrete, and metal applications
  • Excellent for recycling
